1. What Sixth Element is

Sixth Element provides financial information, calculations and research tools about publicly traded companies. It is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not provide personalized investment, tax or legal advice.

2. No advice; your decisions

Scores, explanations and AI-generated text are informational. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance and historical ranges do not predict future results.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it secure. You may not share accounts, scrape the service, or use automated means to extract data beyond normal personal use.

4. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Data and licensing

Market data is provided by third parties under license and may not be redistributed. Exports are for personal use only and are available only where our licenses permit.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
