Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, plan and sign-in records.
• Your research: watchlists, portfolio entries, saved screens and questions you ask the assistant.
• Usage: product events such as “company viewed” or “screener used”, tied to your account or a random anonymous id. We do not record IP addresses in analytics.
• How you found us: campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source and similar), the name of the referring website (not the full address), the first page you landed on, and which of the six questions you looked at on a company page. We use this only to understand which channels bring people who find Sixth Element useful.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run the service, enforce plan limits, improve the product and keep it secure. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Questions you ask may be sent to our AI provider together with company financial data. We don't send your email or account details with them.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie, and a random anonymous id cookie to apply free-tier limits and measure usage. Recently viewed companies are stored only in your browser.

Your choices

You can delete watchlists, positions and screens at any time, and request account deletion by contacting us.
